Q1:How about your quality?

A: About the quality, we have been the exporter for 10 years. The goods would be inspected carefully during production and before loading, and we would send the inspecting photos to you to confirm.

 

Q2: What’s your MOQ?

A: If our stock is available, small orders such as 100 SQM and more are accepted. Otherwise, 1*20GP is the basic quantity (can be mixed with other items).

 

Q3: What kinds of packages do you have?

A: Neutral Package, Clients’ customized Package, and “SENSE” Package.

 

Q4: Can you help customers mix cargo in one container?

A: Yes. We can mix different kinds of products in one container to make it full in order to reduce your cost. We will make a professional loading plan for you.

 

Q5:What’s your delivery time?

A: If our stock is available, the goods can be loaded in 7 days after receiving your deposit. If stock is out of stock, we will check the production schedule and let you know. Usually, it would be about 20 -25 days as we need to produce for you.

Q6: How to get a sample?

A: Sample order is acceptable. Please contact us and make sure what sample you need, in general, it will take 1-2 days to finish your sample.

Q7: What are your payment terms?

A: Our payment terms are Western Union, T/T, L/C, and paypal. 30% as deposit and 70% as balance before shipment.

 

Q8: What are your price terms?

A: FOB, CIF, CNF, EXW. It depends on the client’s requirements.
