Q1. What tiles do you have?
A1. We have polished tiles, porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, full-glazed tiles, rustic tiles, wall tiles, floor tiles, matt tiles, mosaics, and slabs, which can use for floor, wall, kitchen, bathroom, etc.
Q2. What’s water absorption?
A2. We have a great number of tiles. The polished tiles are no more than 0.5%, and the ceramic tiles are no more than 10%.
Q3. What is the MOQ?
A3. Our minimum order quantity is 200 square meters, but we suggest you can order one container because it’s more convenient for loading.
Q4. What’s the package?
A4. The goods will be packed with export cartons and wood pallets.
Q5. What’s your payment term?
A5. Our payment terms are T/T, 30 % deposit, after we receive the deposit, we will start to arrange the goods, and 70% balance before loading. We accept L/C at sight.
Q6. How many days you can ship the goods if we place an order?
A6. Usually, if the tiles are in stock, we can ship within 3-5 days, but if not, we need 10-15 days to produce the tiles.
